Client Service

We take a proactive approach when it comes to taking care of our clients. We develop a customized service schedule that we communicate to our clients on a regular basis. Once the schedule is set, it’s up to us, not our clients, to complete it. We believe that all of our clients’ inquiries are important. We make sure to acknowledge receiving the enquiry on the same day that it’s delivered to us. We then seek an answer or solution to the enquiry as soon as possible all the while we keep our clients up to date on the progress.
